🚨 Hiring: Senior QA Engineer – Catastrophe Modelling & Risk Analytics 📍 Location: Bengaluru 💰 Compensation: ₹30–35 LPA We're looking for a highly skilled QA professional who combines strong software testing expertise with deep Catastrophe Modelling domain knowledge. This is not a traditional testing role. You'll be responsible for validating complex risk analytics, catastrophe models, exposure management workflows, and reinsurance calculations that directly influence underwriting and risk decisions. 🔍 What we're looking for: ✅ 5–7 years of QA / Software Testing experience ✅ Strong Manual, Exploratory & API Testing skills ✅ Advanced SQL and large-scale data validation experience ✅ Python scripting for test data preparation and validation ✅ Experience working within Agile and CI/CD environments ✅ 4+ years of Catastrophe Modelling experience ✅ Hands-on exposure to RMS / Moody's, Verisk AIR / Touchstone, or equivalent platforms ✅ Strong understanding of: • Exposure Data (SOVs, TIV, COPE, Geocoding) • Hazard & Event Data • Insurance & Reinsurance Structures • Treaty and Facultative Programs • Risk Analytics & Underwriting Workflows ⭐ Nice to Have: • Exposure Management / Risk Analytics Platforms • GIS Tools (QGIS, ArcGIS) • AWS / Azure • AI / LLM Testing Experience If you've worked at the intersection of QA, Cat Modelling, Insurance Analytics, or Reinsurance Technology, we'd love to connect.
