You will own and evolve the test automation strategy, leveraging AI agents and modern automation technologies to enable continuous quality assurance. Your impact will be measured by ambitious outcomes: 🎯 80% of quality issues caught during development through automated testing 🚀 90% of customer-facing releases shipped without quality-related delays 🧭 Build and own a prioritized QA roadmap aligned with Engineering leadership 📋 Establish a common quality playbook across product areas ⚡ Reduce average bug resolution time by 30% through effective triage and validation This is a role for someone who wants to move beyond traditional testing and help build a modern, AI-enabled Quality Engineering function. 🧠 We're looking for someone who brings: • 6+ years of strong QA experience in complex technical software — CAE, CAD, PLM, simulation, or similarly demanding products • Hands-on expertise in test automation, Python, Playwright and CI/CD • Experience with software performance testing • Applied understanding of AI and agentic tools for QA/test automation • Strong product-thinking and the ability to reason deeply about complex product behaviour • Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, Physics and/or Machine Learning • The ability to work seamlessly with developers, product teams and engineering leadership • A strong sense of ownership — from identifying a risk to ensuring the user ultimately gets a reliable product 🌟 The bigger opportunity You’ll be part of the User Empowerment Squad—a team working at the intersection of product, technology and community.
