**🚀 Hiring: Principal Backend Engineer | Python** We’re looking for an experienced **Principal Python Backend Engineer** with **12+ years of software engineering experience** to drive architecture, technical strategy, and delivery of complex, enterprise-grade backend systems. ### 🔥 What You’ll Own * Architect and build **high-performance, scalable & resilient backend platforms** * Drive technical direction across **multiple services and engineering teams** * Design **microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems & event-driven architectures** * Lead initiatives from **architecture → implementation → deployment → production** * Establish engineering standards, design principles & best practices * Mentor **Staff & Senior Engineers** and raise the technical bar ### 🛠️ Must-Have Technical Expertise * **Python** – exceptional proficiency * **FastAPI** and backend frameworks * **Microservices & REST APIs** * **Distributed Systems & System Design** * **PostgreSQL** – data modelling, optimization, indexing & scalability * **Message Queues / Event-Driven Architecture / Async Processing** * **Elasticsearch** or similar search technologies * **AWS** – ECS, ELB, Lambda, SQS, VPC, EC2, IAM, S3 * **Docker & Kubernetes** * Observability: **Monitoring, Logging, Tracing & Performance Optimization** * Cloud & application **security** ### ⭐ Good to Have * Experience with **Cybersecurity Engineering / Cybersecurity Products** * Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience * Proven ability to solve complex system-level engineering problems 📍 **Work Location:** On-site / Office-based 🏢 **Work Mode:** Full-time from office — Remote work is not available 💼 **Experience:** 12+ Years If you’re a hands-on backend technology leader who enjoys solving **large-scale distributed systems challenges** and shaping engineering architecture, we’d love to hear from you. 📩 **Interested?
