What You'll Do 🔹 Lead and mentor globally distributed engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies. 🔹 Partner closely with Product Management to deliver scalable, resilient, and cloud-native enterprise solutions. 🔹 Drive engineering excellence through technical leadership, architecture reviews, and modern software development practices. 🔹 Build and grow a high-performing offshore engineering organization while collaborating with onshore leadership. 🔹 Champion innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement across engineering teams. 🔹 Define technical strategy, influence architecture decisions, and evaluate emerging technologies. 🔹 Oversee the design and delivery of secure, event-driven, multi-tenant SaaS platforms capable of processing high-volume data. 🔹 Ensure predictable product delivery while balancing quality, scalability, and business priorities. We're Looking For ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. ✔️ 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 10+ years building enterprise-grade products. ✔️ 5+ years leading global software engineering teams in Agile environments. ✔️ Proven experience building and scaling cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. ✔️ Strong expertise in: Java, Spring Boot, MVC API Security (OAuth, SAML), API Governance Event-driven architectures & Kafka Streams Big Data & Data Engineering Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD preferred) CI/CD (Jenkins) JPA, ORM, Lucene Search Object-Oriented & Functional Programming Bonus Points ⭐ Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). ⭐ Experience building large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms. ⭐ Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical decisions into business outcomes.
